Ekstrand's I-frame is a construction that is adapted for Swedish wooden stud walls. The frame is completely hidden and creates a new stylish and modern expression in our indoor environment. It fits all Ekstrand's interior door models.
The I-frame is made of wood and has hidden hinges with comfort-raising sealing strip as standard. It is adapted for installation against 70 mm rule with plaster and OSB, but can also be adapted for other wall thicknesses and other wall constructions.
Ekstrands can now also supply I-frames for inwards opening doors with specially adapted door leaves. This enables a uniform appearance regardless of whether the doors are going inward or outward.
