Ekstrands presents Durabel, a new front door threshold in composite and oak, adapted to accessibility according to current building regulations

The threshold is a component that is subject to extreme wear. It is exposed to mechanical impact by stepping on it, often with dirt and gravel in between. It is exposed to moisture, UV light and large temperature changes. Even though you use hardwood for a front door sill, it gets a dull look over the years. Maintaining the threshold is something that most people prioritize away.
Threshold Durabel is durable and 100% weather resistant, it is also adapted to accessibility according to current building regulations. The sill has a matte color in graphite and the inside can be delivered with elements of oak or precious oak.
